The sidewalks, entrances, passages, elevators, walkways, stairways and all other common elements must not be obstructed or encumbered or used for any purpose other than to ingress to and egress from the premises; nor shall any carriages, bicycles, shopping cats, chairs, benches, tables, or any other object of a similar type and nature be stored therein. Children shall not play or loiter in the walkways, stairways, elevators, or other public areas (exception is Pool area, see Pool Rule #27). Refuse/bagged garbage shall be deposited only in the trash chute, or in the containers provided in the trash room. In this regard, all refuse must be in sealed bags. Cardboard boxes or any size, wire hangers, newspapers, and any item that might clog the chute must be brought to the ground floor trash room, which is accessible from the atrium.For the complete rules and regulations of Octagon Towers click HERE.

Toilets, bidets, sinks and other water apparatus and plumbing facilities on the Condominium Property shall not be used for any purpose other than those for which they were intended. Damage resulting from misuse of any such items in the Condominium Unit or elsewhere shall be paid for by the Unit Owner, whose family, guests invitee, servant, lessee, or other people who are on the Condominium Property pursuant to the request of the Unit Owner shall have caused such damage.

Any unit Owner/Resident shall not send employees of the Association, Management Company and/or sub-contractors out of the building at any time for any purpose. No Unit Owner/Resident shall direct, supervise, or in any manner attempt to assert any control over the employees of the Association

We are very green here at Octagon Towers so please help our environment and recycle all glass, plastic containers and newspapers in order to keep our sanitation costs down. Recycling bins are in the trash room.

Persons using the gym and its equipment are required to wear proper attire, including shirt and shoes. Cover padded areas of the equipment with a towel and wipe down after use. No smoking is allowed in the gym nor is food to be brought to or consumed in the gym. Pets are not allowed in the gym. The gym hours are 6:00am to 11:00pm. During these hours please keep the noise in the gym to a minimum as a courtesy to residents above the gym.

Food and beverages may not be consumed outside of a Unit
